入住時老闆有提供自製下午茶（米蛋糕、桑葉茶⋯等），一樓是老闆店面有販賣商品。周邊是民宅不是很好停車，房況可接受、入住兩間有一間冷氣不太涼（房內備有電扇）。有提供腳踏車可以騎到伯朗大道，早上的天氣微涼騎車還不錯。

家庭房寬敞舒適，非常喜歡加價購的早餐，自家烘的桑葉茶和米蛋糕，池上米煮成的粥，在地金針乾以及枸杞葉（食材當然會依節令變化），非常滿足的一餐。早餐後騎著民宿免費提供的腳踏車逛逛秋天金黃色的稻田，最美好的假期。
