The front desk staff was super annoying. Not sure if they are even trained in hospitality of guests or not. No sense of how to talk or how to de-escalate a situation. Paid for one room with double bed but they say only one person can stay there not 2. Initially they said 1500 Rs extra to my guests but when I called the rate dropped to 500 Rs and that to upfront. I requested that I am coming to hotel myself and will pay and let my guests in the room but no they want money first. I was so disappointed by the behaviour our the front desk persons that I just booked an other room online for my 2nd guest. They they don't have a room ready and made my guests wait in the lobby even though the first room was ready. Zero courtesy of sending my guests to one ready room when the other one is getting sanitized. BTW the price of the room that I booked initially and the one that I booked after all that Hassel was exactly the same. May be the front desk people wanted the money for themselves or whatever. Generally send my guest to Ramada but thought that let's try this as it is also a 4 star hotel but utterly disappointed and will never use your services. Thank you
