Friendly Staff

All the staff was very friendly. Lobby on the weekend had a bartender and food service. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast is not free. Our truck broke down and they let us repair it in the shade under the awning even after we checked out.

It was difficult to control the room temperature. The TV had no signal, I told the front desk about, no body cane to fix it. I told the front desk when I left the next morning and when I returned that evening it still didn't work. There was never an explanation nor did they attempt to place me in another room. The room could have been neater. It wasn't worth the $ I paid. When I checked out, I told the agent my complaints, they verbally apologized, to which I replied if there is no financial refunds those words won't matter. I must know you are concerned and care about my poor experience in your facility.

Great hotel, clean, and comfortable great location!!! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. One staff member wasn't accommodating and made you feel like you were an imposition for asking for extra towels. The lighting in the bathroom was bad, and it would be good if there was more than one microwave in the lobby. Overall the stay was excellent.

My wife and I always stay at this location while on our way to Destin for vacation. I booked the reservation in January and we were to check in on May 15 at 4 o’clock. After driving four hours once we arrived we were told that our room was being cleaned. Two hours later we were told it’s not available and were offered a room with two queens and an handicapped shower. In all my travels I have never witnessed such incompetency. When I contacted Hilton customer services they empathized with my situation and informed me that several clients had extended their stay and there were no rooms available. So to make matters worse, I was told a lie when they could’ve called me the day before, and explained the circumstances so we could have made other arrangements. As a concession they offered complementary drinks at the bar, which was an insult. Quite frankly, it only escalated matters. The front desk told us this sometimes happen when you book a reservation through a third-party and not through the actual Hilton hotel. I have never heard such a thing. We were finally offered a suite and were told we would be reimbursed $40 and a complimentary breakfast both of which never happened. Before our departure my wife went to talk to the manager who seemed put off with the conversation and told my wife we got free drinks. I would never expect such an experience at a Hilton Hotel. To be blatantly lied to and treated in such a disrespectful manner is unacceptable at any hotel.

Nice place to stay, delicious cookies!

It was a good visit ❤️ The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We drove in for our daughters college graduation, arriving around 10 pm. After a long trip, we appreciated the smooth check in, warm cookies and complimentary parking. The water bottles in the room was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly. Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty good but a bit pricey. The only thing that was eh (but we didn't even conplain about) was that the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were all pretty much empty and never got refilled over our 3 nights there. No biggie though, we used the ones we brought but it might be an issue for a traveler thats not prepared. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we visit our daughter.
