The staff was not attentive and the front desk was shut down all the time. We had to call on phone in order to check in and check out. The lady was rude. I prefer this place coz its closer to my destination. Otherwise i wouldnt

The staff were nice enough but the state of the room was left to be desired. The floors were dirty (or at least unmopped); there was visible trash underneath the bed; the countertops and table also needed wiping down. You couldn’t watch tv as it had no signal. The temperature control on the shower was backwards. The laundry was $4 a machine and you had to download an app to pay for it. The final straw was when one of the toilet paper holders just fell off. I do NOT recommend this place!

The staff is fine, they can only do so much.. hotel itself is not recommended. There was no hot water thru my entire stay of 10 days. They kept saying someone would come out. For being a hotel you would expect that to be taken care of within 24-48 hours but the staff just made it look like it’s normal. You get what you paid for which I was just staying there to sleep, weed smoking outside, smells like dog pee as it’s a pet friendly hotel. Just really disappointed.. I expected some things but hot water.. really needs a new owner as the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend, pay $10 more per night down the street.

The front of the hotel has weeds a foot tall. Dandelions going to seed, uncut and totally unkept. Staff was great given the conditions. Room was very “tired”, bathrooms need caulking, carpet is badly stained, worn and unraveling, paint job is poor. The room smelled at first and the halls smell like pot throughout. There was a dog in the room next door that barks constantly for most of the afternoon and then finally stopped. Television was provided, but only usable if you had streaming accounts. No basic cable channels, not even local channels available. Front counter person said their contract ran out in January and new owners have not renewed. If I hadn’t had a Netflix account, I would have been beyond irritated that NO channels or stations were provided. Front desk not staffed in the evening or early morning, just a number to call. Someone needs to put some money into this place….it looks shabby, dated and in desperate need of a facelift. Nothing about it says “Welcome”. And yet, through it all, the staff was polite, professional and personable

The first room the TV didn't work or the microwave. We was moved to another room and the TV still didn't work. So we was there for 2 days with no TV. However the Manager Keisha did accomdate us with a refund of $100, but everything they offered online was not true. This has been the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Very clean room, and surprisingly comfortable bed. Main entrance and hallways are tired-looking, but the furnishings in my room were new or fairly new. Very limited amenities provided, so keep that in mind (i.e. bar of soap provided but not even shampoo). I generally don't stay at ESA's, but was pleasantly surprised during this one-night stay!
