The front of the hotel has weeds a foot tall. Dandelions going to seed, uncut and totally unkept.
Staff was great given the conditions.
Room was very “tired”, bathrooms need caulking, carpet is badly stained, worn and unraveling, paint job is poor. The room smelled at first and the halls smell like pot throughout. There was a dog in the room next door that barks constantly for most of the afternoon and then finally stopped.
Television was provided, but only usable if you had streaming accounts. No basic cable channels, not even local channels available. Front counter person said their contract ran out in January and new owners have not renewed. If I hadn’t had a Netflix account, I would have been beyond irritated that NO channels or stations were provided.
Front desk not staffed in the evening or early morning, just a number to call.
Someone needs to put some money into this place….it looks shabby, dated and in desperate need of a facelift. Nothing about it says “Welcome”.
And yet, through it all, the staff was polite, professional and personable
