There is NO airport shuttle, complimentary or otherwise. Even the hotel's site says it exists, but it doesn't. There is NO bar/lounge...despite that being advertised. There is NO night time security. We were advised NOT to walk outside after dark, even just across the street (shopping center) My husband went to the breakfast (to be served 6-9 am) about 6:45am and it was almost gone and walked across the street to a bakery. The staff were helpful and nice. Help in getting a taxi and recommendations for dinner. If they are not going to provide these amenities, they need to change their website. The airport shuttle was one of the top reasons for booking this older hotel.
