The restaurant didn't not open at 6am due to a late employee. We had to find a restaurant off site to keep our schedule.

The service is poor, people dont seem to want to be there and slow at the bar and restaurant. Our hashbrowns were undercooked. Mighr be they are short staff.
If i have an issue such as one of the lights not going off and they admit they are wrong, hotels normally try to make up for it with a compensation. In my case i had to ask if i could get a goodwill gesture. When i pick it up, no apologies or felt like i was wrong asking. Also clean or wipe the floors after people check out, during check out hours makes it unsafe.
