Staff was super friendly, but the lobby definitely smelled like weed as well as the halls. The hall also smelled like animal urine. I understand this hotel is an extended stay location and the smell may have been coming from a room where some one may live with their animals. The room its self was ok, besides the questionable blood stain on the pillow... Floors were sticky but I think that was due to having too much soap in mop water as the room was clean. You get what you pay for here. The light in the bathroom flickered ALOT. I don’t believe I will be staying here again or if I recommend this location to anyone if the conditions stay the same.

Upon arrival reservation I requested a non smoking room. The room I was giving was caked in cigarette residue to the point that everything was yellowed and musty. They were very accommodating switching my rooms. But the new room didn’t have a tv remote, the sheets were stained, there were no cups or utensils as advertised for an extended stay. The stove was rusted. I had no intention of using it, just pointing out that everything was outdated. I went to dry my hair in the morning (assuming extended stay had a hair dryer because regular hotels do too.) it did have a hair dryer but when I went to plug it in, the plug piece retracted into the plug and rattled around like they had been broken off. Fire hazard. I called the front desk 6 times from the room with no response, and 3 time from my cell to the front desk, no response. When I did eventually get ahold of someone, she was very nice and said she’d check to see if they had another hairdryer around but probably not. Never heard back. I waited around to check out at the desk for 30 mins with no way of contacting anyone to check out and eventually just had to leave. I didn’t expect much, and I just wanted a bed for the night. But I expected what the extended stay advertised as bare minimum.

Front desk staff were very nice and extra helpful. The property overall, and my room, were in need of renovation. Wear to carpet, walls, and furniture was obvious. However my one-night stay was acceptable and affordable and safe.

Nice to always rely on extended stay. Heads up. No elevator. My only complaint, the floor was sticky... Like the dirty sticky... and there was trash underneath the bed.

The inside of the property is old, outdated and in really bad condition. The staff and neighborhood are nice though. Really needs to be cleaned and remodeled. Carpets are filthy throughout the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was rude. Then the next day, we had made arrangements with a different front desk clerk, then we were treated terribly by yet another front desk clerk and a manager, whom was on the phone. There was obviously no communication between the 3 and we were treated like we were liars and were threatened with cops after being talked down to. Wev stayed at this hotel several times over several months, but have not been back since this happened.

Clean room, very accommodating room attendant, friendly staff, grab and go breakfast… the only problem that I encountered was that I had requested a stair free room but was given a third floor room in a building lacking an elevator. Got plenty of leg exercises in a week!

The room was good, as normal, had everything we expected and paid for. I did, and still do, have a problem with the woman that checked me in last night. She started getting aggravated, and I merely telling her hownthe other front desk clerks had been checking me in and was explaining our situation and that all my stuff was in the room and she made the comment, "you people, you people" and shook her head as she said it. I really want to know what exact What she meant, you people that are homeless, u people having a rough time, you people in a because wer a bi-racial couole??? Im very unhappy and feel very offended by this comment. Ive had some people tell me to pursue this with the head office for Extended stay and with legal council. Ive not yet decoded but feel she sho u ldnt be allowed to talk to guests like that and continue to work with the public.

Was not aware that breakfast was offered and when I checked out, I didn't see or smell any breakfast. As for the room kitchen, we didn't cook, just used the fridge and microwave. They were both clean and worked fine.

My rrom was clean and comfortable. I was able to get everything additional I needed, plates, silverware, etc. The hotel was clean and had a great atmosphere to it, again, very comfortable and inviting. The best part of my stay, though, was Ms Faye, at the front desk. Shes an absolute "Jill of all Trades". I saw her at the front desk. around the clock on all 3 shifts, as well as doing housekeeping and making sure all the rooms were kn order. I saw her knocking on guests doors to see if they needed anything and not just on one day, almost every time I stayed. This is the only hitel I stay at and I stay 4-5 days a week. Its great!
