Our room was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. Large flatscreen TV, plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. However, we chose this particular facility because it had a restaurant. However, the restaurant is only open a few hours in the evening and its menu was far smaller than indicated on the website. (We walked to Applebee's next door instead.) It also irritates me when a hotel with so few amenities charged $50 to my credit card for incidentals. What incidentals? There wasn't much available. And they have not yet returned that $50 to my card. We won't be staying at another Four Points. We chose this one because we wanted a hotel close to the Richmond Zoo, but we also wanted a great place for food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner and were definitely disappointed.
