I often stay at Sheraton and have never had an issue, but this time was different.
Both elevators were out of service and I am not in condition to climb 9 flights of stairs twice a day. Eventually they managed to fix one but wait time was long.
That being said I want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Mason (unfortunately I didn’t catch his last name) He went above and beyond to make sure we have water and towels, even personally delivering them to our room. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference during our bumpy stay.
