There doesn't have a fridge in the room. Internet need pay 20 dollars per day ! Bed doesn't comfortab, not enough soft and not enough hard. That make my back hurt. We saw a cockroach when we eating breakfast in the restaurant. That is crazy !

Service was exceptional! The hotel was going through renovations so some things were in error but when we notified them, they addressed it quickly. I will be back.

The check-in line was an hour long at almost any time. I had to check my bags and come back twice and stand well over an hour before I was able to check in.
My room (901) had a beautiful full room wide corner array of windows looking up and down both 7th Ave. and 52st street and a Murphy bed which folded out of the way making the seating space positively luxurious for NYC. Sadly there was no mini refrigerator in the room.
Because of renovation, you could only enter and exit on the 53rd st. Side which was inconvenient if you wanted to go to Times Square..

The hotel lobby was permanently packed with at least 100 to 200 people waiting to check in. You had to wait sometimes 20 min for the elevator to come to your floor and it would stop at every floor going down for 48 floors

I had a wonderful experience with the service at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect. I was able to sight see in between my work conference! The only complain I have is informing guests about how the "$35" credit works towards eating in the hotel. If you plan to use it for the breakfast buffet for two people, it will only be enough for one person. The manager explained it to me with details and comped one of the meals since I complained to him that I could not justify paying almost $74 for two breakfasts. I was content with the attention to this matter. I would definitely go back! Everyone is so nice and helpful!

It took over an hour and a half to check in, the line so almost out of the hotel. We didn’t get up to the check in desk until after 8pm and they still didn’t have a room clean to put us in. The elevators are awful, it took over a half hour to get on one to check out.

Hôtel bien placé à Midtown. Hôtel immense, le lobby est plein de monde dont certains s’installent par terre pour attendre ou même manger. Les chambres sont vieillissantes mais correctes. Les vitres extérieures n’ont pas été nettoyées depuis certainement très longtemps. J’ai été choquée qu’il faille payer 6$ par bagage pour les faire garder par la bagagerie le jour du départ. Je voyage beaucoup et c’est la première fois que je vois cela. Dans un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles, c’est inadmissible.

The check in staff from the bell men to the front desk staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.
