The hotel atrium is fabulous. We have stayed yearly to play music at New Years, birthday celebrations and family visits. The staff are professional, kind and attentive and make it a pleasure. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly. One issue during both of my stays was housekeeping knocking early in the morning, starting around 8:30 a.m., even though checkout is at 11. Breakfast options were also fairly limited, consisting of oatmeal and fruit.

My stay was overall very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was kind and considerate as were the rest of the staff. The indoor heated pool was a definite plus. My room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My room was pretty clean. The only complaint I had was there were stains on the carpet in the room. They are going through construction so keep that in mind, but being that they are, it was very quiet during my stay.

I love the charm of the hotel…our window faced out towards a small airport. There is a large atrium at the center of the hotel buildings that is lush with plants and a beautifully meandering water feature in addition to an indoor pool. Staff are always available to help whenever we needed anything. I appreciated having a good sized refrigerator and microwave for our visit.
