Honestly, I’m not even sure where to begin. The check-in process itself wasn’t bad—after some issues with the self-service computer, the staff quickly accommodated us at the front desk. However, things went downhill from there.
Upon entering our room, we noticed multiple problems: two lights didn’t work, the shower drained very slowly, and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room at all. Additionally, breakfast was listed as an included amenity on the third-party booking site I used, but it turns out the hotel doesn’t actually offer it. There seems to be a clear disconnect between the hotel and the booking platform.
Most concerning of all, we found a 20mg Nexium pill on the floor of our room—an alarming sign that it wasn’t properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. This is a serious safety issue, especially for families with children.
I rarely leave reviews, but the combination of poor maintenance, miscommunication, and cleanliness made this stay very disappointing.
