under investigation

The owner whydham needs to be called. As far as the general manager Andy does not take care of this hotel. Neither does the first or third shift desk clerk Dawn the 2nd shift clerk is awesome. Cobwebs in the rooms.There basically is no breakfast bread and cereal is basically it. I felt bad for the workers and supplied breakfast the one morning more than bread and cereal. The general manager Andy needs to step up his plate and take care of this hotel like he takes care of his family.
The deck is very unstable no support underneath feels like your gonna drop right through
Grill is bottom less you can’t add your charcoal it’ll drop right through the bottom
The pool was drained about 3-4 weeks ago and it was just repainted about a week or so ago.

Thumbs Up! No Complaints!

Good price. Comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was that the water in the shower would not turn off completely. There was a constant trickle of very hot water coming out of the tub faucet all night. (Room 209, I believe, in case a plumber wants to fix this.) Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was a horrible stressful trip. First, the tv did not work, room was dirty, and we didn’t have towels (thankfully the wonderful lady, the only good thing about this trip helped us out.). The ice maker on the second floor was broke. The breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, and stale bread, and I think a few yogurts, then we were trying to rest and the door hanger was on the door as not to disturb and housekeeping just kept beating on the door. No snack vending machines only drinks. If you are going to travel, save the stress and stay at the Super 8 Wyndham in Gettysburg. They are beyond 5 Star wonderful there.
