My stay was lovely. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Lucia was spectacular. I miss her already. Would stay at the Melia again.

Great stay, enjoyed by whole family. Modern clean hotel, very well situated. Close to regent park and london zoo. Loved the lounge hour, such a lovely treat. Family room was small but we managed grand. Had booked a family room to include 1 double and 2 single beds but only a king size, 1 single and a sofa bed when we arrived. However the sofa bed was comfortable and my daughter loved it.

We had a great time. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early as the room was ready. We were also upgraded too! Staff were very friendly.

Don’t think the floors in the bedrooms have been properly clean for a while. Had to ask for some coat hangers as none in room. Noisy people in next room, not hotel’s fault but premier inn refund room when bad nights sleep for any reason. Waited 15 mins in bar at 6pm to be told if we wanted cocktails there would be quite a wait. There were only a dozen customers in the bar.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We went for the "Level" upgrade and are so pleased we did as the room was lovely and the Level lounge was definitely worth the extra.

The check in was dire - the main entrance is closed and we had to go to the back - there was no sign to say that this was the entrance to the hotel and it looked like the entrance to a restaurant. There was a queue and an officious guy in a suit offered Prosecco to random people- he offered us water btw! Check in was so slow and then the rooms were not ready at 3pm - supposedly upgraded- but if so, I’m sorry for the people in the regular rooms. Very basic room, nothing special about it at all, breakfast was nothing to write home about - I have been to this hotel a few years ago and took hubby there for a treat - fried eggs excellent, food on the counter was cold. The staff at breakfast were great apart from the manager - who gave selective service to his pals - who he served the Prosecco 😬 to originally- all in all a disappointing experience, I was sorry that I went there . The cleaning lady did not replace our tea bags. The bar and restaurant were nothing to speak about and were not open when we got back home so we couldn’t have a drink at the bar - I really enjoyed this hotel before but the standard has deteriorated since then. This is a fairly expensive hotel which is absolutely not value for money. The little guy in the suit started the poor impression which carried on for the rest of the stay
