I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill through your platform, and I’m very disappointed with my experience.
There was ongoing construction inside the hotel that started early in the morning and continued throughout the day, making it nearly impossible to rest or relax in my room. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this construction on the listing when I made the reservation. Had I known in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel.
As a tourist visiting Washington, D.C. for only a few days, sleep and comfort were incredibly important to me—and this unexpected disruption seriously impacted my trip.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and consider offering a partial refund or credit for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end.
