Really nice hotel in downtown Columbus. It was clean, well kept, and updated. The staff seemed really nice and helpful. I can't speak to the amenities, as we came late, slept, and left first thing in the morning, but I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I had an issue with was the parking. I should have checked what the parking situation was like before booking. You can valet for $50, or park at a garage a ways away for $25. We left something in our car and it was a hike to get there and back to the room. Other than that we have no complaints.

If hotels handed out awards for making guests feel like VIPs, this one would be taking home the trophy. A huge shout-out to Everlyn at the front desk she deserves a raise! She greeted me with a smile, answered every question with patience, and made check-in smoother than my vacation plans. The bellman was equally fantastic. Friendly, professional. The hotel itself has wonderful amenities, was clean, comfortable, and best of all, it's close to everything, making it easy to explore. The only suggestion I'd make is the restaurant. The food had was not the best, but a little more variety on the menu would make the dining experience just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding staff who truly make the difference.

The staff was wonderful. I was there for a low vision conference and they accommodated very well and were extremely kind. Only complaint is the noise. You could hear everything from the hallway. People, staff, doors, traffic…some sound proofing around the doorframes could improve a lot.
