Very average especially for the high price. Room had a smell to it and could use some maintenance. I have definitely stayed at better Hiltons then this one.

Hotel was very nice. Secure room access is a plus! Parking was high as they only have valet. No info given about parking elsewhere but i found a garage .5 blocks away for half the price the next day

Great hotel in the perfect location downtown. Theresa and Cire (at the bar in the restaurant downstairs) were amazing and so friendly! Highly recommend paying them a visit. Clean hotel, will definitely be back.

The service was amazing as always, the only problem was that the AC didn’t work so well and made alot of noise.
Besides that the room was spacious and clean.

No guarantee of my reserved room preference
Reserved a room with two queen beds months in advance. To check in before 4 PM was $50 fee. So enjoyed the day and checked in at 1030 PM and by then there were no more 2 queen bed rooms left. However, my brother who only reserved his room a week prior to the trip received a room with 2 queen beds since he payed the early check-in fee. They presented it as upgrade to a suite with a king bed and a pullout couch. Neither I nor my son wanted to sleep on a pullout couch. The room was nice but again didn’t pay to stay at a Hilton and end up sleeping on a pullout couch bed. They would not discount my room or provide other financial compensation since per them I booked my room with a “third party service” meaning hotels.com. Was offered free breakfast which I declined. So basically by using this site I was treated as a less valued customer and not afforded the same rights and service as the other hotel guests.
