We really dislike this hotel, and the service was terrible. They didn't let me pay with my Affirm account because I didn't have a physical card, but I had one on my phone. Before booking on Affrim, it said at checkout I could pay with it, so that's the only reason I used hotels.com in the first place. We had to use a different payment option instead. I won't be using your services again. We didn't have hot water, and no one told us before checking in. And our towels were smelling really bad, so we had to ask for new ones. After a 10-hour drive, I needed to freshen up, but with no hot water, that was difficult for my family. We left the hotel for some hours when we got back the hot water was working. The lady who helped us check in was really rude and unfriendly.
