In 2024, I stayed there & ate a cheeseburger from hotel restaurant around 11 am & got food poison b4 my evening 9 pm onstage performance. And of course, the hotel's phase was, food poison wouldn't happen in only few hours time frame. Even one of my teammates was a nurse explained yes on food poison could happen in a short few hours. But the hotel insisted not possible. In 2025, I went back for my last performance there. It took about an hour to check in my room by switching room after room due to not cleaned, or a massy bed, or key pad was low of battery, even sending me to a room labeled as hearing & wheelchair needed. I finally asked a front desk customer service to go with me to make sure they assigned me a function & cleaned room after running 4 round trips upstairs & downstairs just to get a room. Within my 2 nights 3 days staying at the hotel, I had to ask them at least set up my bed once & replaced the towels. Overall, it was a very disappointed services for the last 2 years since 2022.
