our phone didn’t work. Our door didn't close. The TV doesn’t work. Our feet turn black when we walk around. Multiple bugs found in the room.

AC did not work in first room. Moved to another room that was only accessed by stairs. We had a lot of luggage which made this really difficult. The common walkways inside the hotel were dirty. Saw the same trash on the floors for the three days we were there. The rooms had spiders, possibly brown recluse, everywhere. The only good part was the entertainment options like the bowling alley, arcade, pools, and billiards. I will not be staying here again though.

Summer vacation

We just had a 4 night stay at this hotel, and over all it was good. Everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel was very friendly. They only came on the 3rd day to clean and change out linens, but we did switch out towels, rags, and bath mats every day. We enjoyed bowling, and playing pool and shuffle board in the evenings. Land Sharks was a neat place to eat. I paid extra for a room with a lake view and balcony, and would not to that again. Not worth the small (2 person) balcony. The room was just your average hotel room and needed some updates. Overall, though nothing that would keep us from staying again.

The hotel is very dated. Our ac unit in the was falling apart, the knob on the drawer fell off as soon as we opened the drawer. The Shampoo bottle fell off of the shower wall and was never reattached our wntire stay. There is not much signage to direct you. They would benefit from using an ap with the locations on it.

Right on the lake

Great hotel right on lake Ozark. Boat docks, swimming, lots of games, arcade. Pretty cool spot! Parking was not great. AC in room was so loud and old. Not clean. Fridge in room was great. Tv remote - the “off” button was actually the “on” button, minorly annoying figuring that out.
