The electricity cut out one morning while I was in the lobby. The lights went out and had to go back to room via staff in the service lift. Got back to room on 4th floor and water wasn't running to sink or bath. When the water did return 30 mins later the water was running through brown for 15 mins. In fairness they did offer room service complementary.

This hotel made me feel at home. It is super clean and service-oriented. Housekeeper kept my room clean, and he was always prompt to answer my questions if I needed anything in the room.
They are super respectful. I loved my stay! Saudis are such great people!
