My husband and I stayed here for a night to celebrate our 1st anniversary. This is the hotel we usually choose, but unfortunately, this time we were let down. The front desk had promised to send a bottle of champagne to our room, but it never arrived, which was really disappointing—especially on a special occasion. On top of that, the shower in our room was smaller than the ones we’ve had in previous stays, and it wasn’t clean. We’ve had good experiences here before, so this visit was a letdown compared to what we’ve come to expect.
We hope this was just an isolated incident, but we’d appreciate a follow-up or some form of compensation for the missed amenity and the condition of the room.
