I have visited Anaheim two to three times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the Disneyland area so the only two things about the Tropicana Hotel that were good was location and their Valet attendants other then that overpriced for what you get front desk not very informative or helpful beds uncomfortable definitely will not stay there again wish it would have been

The location of this hotel is phenomenal when visiting Disneyland with children. It is literally right across the street and an easy walk. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our sink was draining slow on the first day and the front desk staff had it fixed immediately. They switched out our towels everyday and dumped the trash which was great. The valet staff were always nice and very cheerful. There was a microwave and small fridge as well as a coffee maker in the room. The room was clean and very comfortable.

This was our first trip to Disneyland. After doing my research I settled on the Tropicana Inn and Suites due to its location and price. Being able to walk to the parks in such a short amount of time--from the middle of Main Street to our room took about 13 minutes--made the trip so much nicer, especially after a full day in the parks. Also, The Cove convenience store being on-site was great and allowed us to purchase breakfast items to put in our in room fridge. There is also a microwave but we didn't end up using that. If you're looking for more hotel amenities, this isn't the property you are looking for--but, if you're looking to make a vacation to Disneyland better by being able to easily walk and not have to rent a car and truly get a good value, I'm not sure why you'd stay anywhere else

Shower in #156 is very small. Valet service was friendly but they twice said no parking was available when i found an open spot and another time at early check in the front desk staff intervened on my behalf and found a spot for me

This room had everything to meet our needs! Coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. There was an ice machine right by our room and on every floor. The hotel is located right by a cross walk that takes you directly into Disney.

Staff, my check out date was on Saturday but an annoying staff member banged on my door at around 1pm on Friday even though I had a “do not disturb” card on the door and trying to catch up on some sleep. She thought I was expected to be checked out by now! Not pleased I told I am checking out tomorrow, on Sat. Don’t know where she got her information from but it was wrong! Not Happy!
