Staff was very much on point including Mr. James and the other female driver, and the staff that ran the breakfast room whom names I cannot think of at this point were very nice. The entire hotel was very clean & I was impressed with my stay. I highly recommend this beautiful place to my friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality. I had a very pleasant stay at the Harborside Hotel in Oxon Hill. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and the air-conditioning worked well. I especially appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower—it made a big difference after a long day. The shuttle service was very good and we were able to get around without using our vehicle, and enjoyed the free parking. Hotel Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was clean, but the bathroom ceiling tiles were somewhat old and in need of some repair. The bathroom vent was not secured properly but we were there for one night. The hotel is has been renovated but it is an old building. Great location to get to the National Harbor and the Shopping Outlets.
