Staff was very nice. The room had no bag for ice bucket, no plastic cups, towels were stained, the one washcloth that was there had hairs imbedded in the fabric, and there was a syringe cap from a needle in the toilet. Breakfast was very minimal at best.

The hotel room was disgusting every time I try to give it a chance saw something more and worse. I will never ever stay at this establishment again and highly recommend others avoid.

When we arrived, several guests were making complaints about room conditions. Explaining that rooms weren’t cleaned, beds weren’t made, and had requested several switches and one a full refund. I had then went to read reviews. All night long you could hear noise in the halls. In the morning we found a dead bug underneath the covers after we got out of bed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend nor stay again.
