Bom, Mas Clube Suite não vale a pena.

Muito bom All Inclusive. Buffet excelente. Restaurantes de especialidades poderiam ser melhores. Paguei pelo Club, mas não aproveitei como poderia. Não acho que vale a pena pagar pelo Club Guest. Nem os vinhos do All Inclusive são diferentes. E esse é um ponto que acho que deixa a desejar, os vinhos que compõem o All Inclusive são fracos, considerando o valor da diária. E mesmo na Club Suite não há diferença. Alimentação e bebidas no parque aquático é bem limitado. As piscinas do parque aquático apesar de serem boas para crianças, requerem atenção com bebes. Não tem prainha suave. Só na piscina principal da frente do hotel que tem. Pra quem tem que passar o dia lá cuidando de crianças, é um fator importante negativo. Pois se quer algo de bar, tem que ir até o outro lado do Hotel pra pegar.

Hard to top as an All-Inclusive family experience

Some real 5 star elements at this hotel. The Spa is a world class experience and very fairly priced for the amenities. The kids activities are excellent. The Waterpark superb. Fav food was the Indian restaurant. Upgraded to club level for better breakfast options. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable.

Wonderful resort; excellent service/great for kids

Stayed for a week with family of 5. Hotel staff were super friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and serviced on a daily basis. They restocked everything we needed promptly. Food was excellent. They had many options readily available. Water park was fun and not overly crowded. The beach was nice - beautiful white sand -- plenty of chairs to sit on. But there was a lot of seaweed at the shore. Because of the breakers, the water closest to the shore was not the crystal clear blue we expected - instead it was a murky brown and gross to swim in. Also no waves for the kids to play in at the shore. If we waded through the band of floating seaweed (~30 feet) the water was cleaner and still only waist/chest deep. That area was okay to float in. Needed to go over the breakers (which some people were doing) to get to the clear blue water (we did not feel comfortable doing that with kids). We took a catamaran out a few times (even though we'd never used one before) which was super fun. The staff at the shore showed us how to use it. We were disappointed though that multiple times we wanted to take paddle boards out they weren't allowing them on the water (the reason didn't seem clear even though weather conditions were fine). The resort also had entertainment every night. They had an outdoor theatre with a new live performance (e.g., magic show, acrobats, etc) every night. They also had a movie playing each night on the lawn for kids.

The service was generally satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the bedroom requires attention, and it's uncertain if management is aware of this issue. A notable inconvenience is the lack of any dining options, which is particularly challenging when traveling with children. I was informed that dining facilities were unavailable for families with kids, with only adult dining mentioned. Our experience at Noodle And Tread Italian Cuisine was mixed; the service was acceptable, but the waiter clearly needs more training. This forced us to seek alternative dining outside, such as Las Palapas.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Facility was beautiful. Excellent food, clean beach. Great family vacation.

Hotel was walkable, everything was close to our room, food was really fresh with a lot of options, vegan, vegetarian, meats, seafood. Their personal is extremely friendly and helpful with a lot of pride on their customers service.

Perfect stay for our family of four! The food was really great with a lot of options for adults and children. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The kids club was great to give my wife and I a break to relax on our own. Elvis is the man! He helped coordinate anything we needed, from dinner plans, to excursions. The chef making the omelets was also such a treat to see each morning. Great place, we will be back for sure!

Truly Elegant Family Resirt

Went with 9 other members of family for family vacation. Hotel met and exceeded expectations. High end touches , excellent service and food was more than adequate and always available.

Recently visited for 5 nights and so happy with our stay. We are not luxury travelers so that is not our comparison… but in addition to the grounds being beautiful and staff so gracious and friendly, the rooms are so nice compared to other AI resorts we have stayed at, and the food has been top notch. We had the basic King bed resort view, and the room size and queen sleeper sofa have been plenty spacious for us and 2 teen girls. The separate room for the toilet is a plus and has sped up the family’s total getting ready time 🙂 plenty of space for clothing and luggage storage as well. The balcony setup is increíble and the daybed is the perfect spot for an afternoon nap in the shade. We thought Tempest and Noodle & Thread restaurants were very good. We also enjoyed the Seafood night at the Mercado buffet on our first night: the snow crab claws and Dominican rice and beans were my favorite. For lunch we enjoyed the bbq chicken, rice and veggies by the pool, green and picante sauces were a must! The Caesar salad from Prontoz was also very good. The water park was a hit with our teens, they loved the slides and we used the lazy river (although not too lazy) more than we expected. And well done to the entire nightly entertainment team! The only complaint I have is the sales pitch for upgrades, the showing of the presidential suite and photography. They are persistent but by day 3 left us well enough alone. Really lovely, though! Well done Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana!
