It was a great experience other than a late check in and scams from sales people (avoid VIP services). They will give you a paper key to redeem coupons, but that is just the hook to lead you to a 3 hour presentation for unlimited vacations club, more like unlimited scammers club. We had to wait a couple of hours to go to our room, but everything after that was really wonderful and we are definitely coming back.

Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. We are been here first time but amazing so clean delicious food. Everybody is so friendly. I love it hard recommend for everybody.
