My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am shocked that this level of neglect, dirt, and disorganization is operating under the Hilton brand name.
From the moment we entered the room, we were met with filth and neglect. The carpets were stained and sticky, there was a strong, sour odor, the bedding appeared reused, and the bathroom was covered in mildew and mold—making it feel more like a low-end motel than a resort we paid a premium for. Staff was very rude!
