Le Check -in pas avant 19H30. Le check-out 10hrs. Demande d'une caution de 700 euros. Sinon la carte d'identité a été gardé par l'hôte ce qui est illégal. La présence d'un chien sans une surveillance humaine pas très rassurant. Quand à la chambre aucune commodité pas de penderie pas de lampe de chevet . La housse et les oreillers pas très propres Pareil pour la salle de bain pas de crochet pour suspendre . Le petit-déjeuner bien.

Per carità... arriviamo alle 15:30 e non ci ha accolto nessuno, dopo svariate telefonate arriva la signora che ci cazzia perché eravamo in anticipo, non eravamo informate sul check in alle 19:30. Il pavimento all'ingrosso della ns stanza era pieno di escrementi di cane e la signora dopo 10 minuti se ne accorge e con disinvoltura li butta ne wc che sarebbe stato il nostro, condiviso con altri ma lo abbiamo capito dopo. Quindi lasciamo gli zaini a terra con il rischio che 3 cani ci pisciassero sopra e al ritorno erano li ancora a terra nonostante che la stanza fosse pronta."cosa le costava metterli al riparo dentro". La stanza puzzava di cane, non credo che le lenzuola fossero lavate con il sapone perché puzzavano. La notte ci siamo morte di freddo, i cuscini di arredo e le finestre non si chiudevano. Le persiane non potevano essere chiuse perché c'erano i vasi quindi ci siamo svegliate all'alba. Alla mia gentile richiesta di un caffè alle 8:30 la signora mi ha detto che avrei dovuto aspettare le 9 perché era l'appuntamento della colazione fino alle 9:30. La colazione... parliamone. Scarsa, stoviglie sporche, con i prodotti buttati li sul tavolo senza cura e igiene, il pane era totalmente bruciato e riciclato da un tavolo all'altro. Non solo, lo yogurt non era neanche accompagnato dal cucchiaino, ok noi non siamo cani , come si fa. Dopo 20min ci invita ad andarcercene e non è stata disposta a tenere gli zaini fino alle 18.

The cash key deposit is a scam. The property has two doors to get in, the deposit only gives you access to one of the doors, as a result you do not have access to the property unless the property owner is home. Additionally, you have to work around her work schedule and routine. As a result you have to be out of the door by 10 am and back for 7:30 pm to be let back in, otherwise you don’t have access to the property. She also has an early bedtime , making it hard to go out at night. You need to call her as well to be let back in making for an expensive phone bill if you do not have a French SIM card. There are also many pets on the property that are not listed (birds). There is no air conditioning as well. The description of the property is very misleading, you are essentially staying in her apartment , not a separate space. I tried to get a partial refund as we found out all these inconveniences only after check in but she was quite rude and dismissive. A huge let down, we had to book another place last minute.

Not a Hotel

No AC even in July! Late check in 7:30 PM with no flexibility or luggage holding. This is not a hotel, but a private residence. If you book the “art gallery” room with the mirror please know that it is a tiny room (see pictures) with no air and 1 window that you’re only allowed to open at night. To use the bathroom in the night, you need to leave the room and be on camera in a shared space. Plus, it’s actually located 200 meters away, so not advised if you have a lot of luggage. I’ve always trusted Hotels.com but after this experience I’ll need to vet much more carefully.
