Reception area, lobby looked clean and inviting however the room was dated, tired and worn out. The phone, bedside lamp and outlets did not work. The restaurant and bar looked nice but were both closed. I wouldn't recommed this facility.

I will never stay here again and I highly recommend you don't attemp to sleep here. It's going to be impossible. Dirty brown nasty carpet, mystery stains on the shower walls, bathroom ceiling falling apart with moldy looking stains on the corners. The toilet bumps into the bathroom door so to open and close you need to give it a good push or pull to squeeze through which is easier to do if you step into the shower to allow for some swing room. The mattres might as well had been an air inflatable with a sleeping bag on top of it. And i get some people enjoy the ultra soft sinking into the middlet with your partner sensatiom but that's not for me. I need some back support after a long trip and some kashina runs. To walls are very thin so be ready to hear everything with great clarity. This can get particularly frustrating when attempting to sleep. The cherry on top of our stay was the fact I was almost assaulted by some drunk underage inmigrants in the 4 rooms around us that decided to throw a parking lot party outside our window all weekend long. The night shift manager was useless in managing the situation and let it keep going. I stepped outside asking politely to take the party elsewhere more than a few times and sure enough they nodded like they would but it never ended until it almost got physical on the second night. I had to call the cops which eventually showed up around 3am. My wife and I felt unsafe and left at 6am sunday morning after the parking lot was cleared.

The 2 queen bed room166 on the ground floor has seen better days. The safety latch was broken off which meant anyone with a pass key could enter the room and the doors are all external facing so overall a safety issue- not ideal. Also the wall mounted hairdryer seemed to have been ripped off the wall- totally missing. The front desk did provide a handheld dryer when I went to the lobby and tracked someone down. But I don’t understand why they would let that room be rented with those problems when there was literally no one staying at this hotel. Maybe the second floor rooms are better but with no elevator we didn’t want to drag heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. And there were two flying bugs I had to track down and squish. The beds were comfortable and the lobby seemed lovely and remodeled but I likely would stay somewhere else.
