No hot water throughout hotel, they were trying but failing to fix it. My problem is with the management, who didn't contact us beforehand or when we arrived to organise another hotel, even though we heard they've had problems for several days. And then only offered us 25% refund, and then said that was based on what they got from Hotels.com not what we paid. I feel sorry for the receptionists who had to deal with the angry guests, particular those who'd had no hot water for several days.
Comfortable room, very clean. The only thing was that the food was not cleared away quickly enough from the outside seating area which attracted a gull who started eating the leftover food.

Check in they asked me to pay for breakfast yet my booking showed it as included. This took 10 mins to sort out ans wasted my time. Room very clean and the beds very comfortable but i expected a mini bar. We used the online reservation for drinks it said 30 mins but i called after 50 and the order hadnt gone through, 40 quid for drinks and i had tk chase and it took an hour. Breakfast was good snd checkout a drop off. Would stay again but hopw they sort out check jn isues.
