My wife and I loved this Casa. Small, intimate, historic, comfortable, amazing breakfast in the garden, great location, well appointed - even had hair conditioner. Do not hesitate to stay here because we won’t and we hope to be back. Just wonderful!

Jätte fint Hotel, med personlig touch. Lite konstigt när man kom på kvällen att man klev rakt in i en matsal till restaurangen 😂 på hotell står det parkering ingår, men så är inte fallet, svårt med parkering. Lite långt i utkanten av Alfama och sevärdheter, men det kan vara värd det för att få lite lugnare och lyxigare.

We loved our visit to the Casa dell'Arte Club House, this was our first visit to Lisbon. The place was gorgeous inside, first class accommodations, our room was amazing and the staff was very helpful. We had a lovely visit and look forward to returning next year!

Step back into time

This is a beautiful, unique hotel, full of artistic items. The room was huge, also the breakfast delicious. Location is great too, in Alfama area. Only upgrade could be a bigger shower…but in 1783, when this was built, people were a little smaller. Highly recommended especially if you avoid chain hotels as we do.

Casa dell'Arte Club House is a unique hotel. It's a luxurious, very old house with only 3 guest bedrooms, a large indoor dining room where breakfast is served, a secluded patio where breakfast is served in warm weather, and a large living room. Breakfast was excellent and quite ample. There are beautiful blue and white tiles on the wall and many interesting art works.

Casa del’arte is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! I was so knocked out by the preserved antiquity, the stunning blue and white tiles and the elegant decor. Celine and her staff were wonderful and I will certainly stay there again! The proximity to Alfama was thrilling.

Would go back in a heartbeat

We loved our time at this Hotel and would highly recommend it. The decor, the art, the sheets and the bathroom amenities were all excellent. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast each morning was amazing. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant, Listanbul, too. The only thing missing from our room was an iron and ironing board and also note there is no car parking nearby on a Saturday due to the large flea market.

This is unique Bed and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much. The art throughout the place is very beautiful however this place is an art club so strangers are in the B&B during the day and evening. I did not like this.

Staying here is like staying in a beautiful mansion . The interior is stunning with the original tile work covering the walls . Beautiful chandeliers, antiques and artwork complete the stunning interior . We had breakfast served in the terrace and in the dining room . Wonderful breakfast ! Service was great . The attached restaurant “Listambul” served up delicious Turkish food .

Beautiful old building in Old Town. Small three room total property. Beautiful art throughout the property with a view of the water. No lift so awkward with heavy luggage and bags. Do not recommend for anyone with mobility problems.

Es un lugar de ensueño. Verdaderamente vale muchísimo la pena estar ahí. Es un lugar histórico bien conservado. Te hace sentir que si estás en Lisboa. Que si estás en Portugal. Hidden Gem in Lisbons

A hidden gem in the best neighbourhood in Lisbon with beautiful views of the river from every room. A true Art Lovers Paradise, with the most spectacular collection of art furniture and decor. The rooms are extremely spacious, the living room, dining room and terrace are immaculate. Breakfast is delicious. Lots of attention to detail by every member of the staff who were warm and welcoming. I would go back again and again. The restaurant “Istanbul” has the best Turkish food outside of Istanbul. I highly recommend this property, the best place to stay in Lisbon ❤️
