We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and roomy. The house was full of Christmas cheer and Chris made a wonderful breakfast every morning! Coffee was delicious! We had wonderful appetizers served each evening. We enjoyed Christmas movies in the living room after being in town all day. Staying here definitely enhanced our Prelude experience. We’ll definitely stay here again!

When we arrived we met a couple from Michigan sitting on the front porch; they joined us for breakfast in the morning. Chris welcomed us, showed us to a second- floor room and helped with the luggage. The room was large and well- appointed with a large bath adjoining it. The morning shower was great with plenty of hot water with pressure. The breakfast was outstanding: fresh fruit, OJ, coffee, bacon, sausage, toast, Danish and an egg souffle. A delicious walnut bunt cake topped it off.

Location! Location! Location! Gorgeous historical house. Spacious comfortable front porch, bedroom w plush bed, en-suite bath. Innkeeper Chris welcomed us with a complimentary glass of wine and made a gourmet breakfast to include a soufflé, crispy bacon, sausage, warm coffee cake, crescents, fresh berries and wild blueberry jam. Charming historic small b&b. Comfortable beds, homey New England antmosphere, and an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. But the pièce de résistance was the breakfast! Chris outdoes himself.
