Room clean. A few areas in bathroom could have been cleaner. Some mold in corner of soap dish in shower. No Kleenex in tissue box.

It wasn’t bad but some mild in the shower, Stan on the comforter and paint chipped in the bathroom. Other than that it was pleasant. Nice staff and good breakfast.

Our stay was good other than the beds were a little bit harder than we're used to and there were food crumbs in our bed and on the floor when we got there.

It was easy to book the two nights we were there. Plenty of parking. There were no carts to carry your bags to your room.The checkin was efficient and pleasant. The elevator was a pain because it took the door sooo long to close. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a small breakfast service available each morning. It was a good location for us, so we would stay there again if we needed to.

This was a very poor experience for what we paid. We did not have any blankets for the sofa bed when we arrived. The "hot" breakfast was ice cold. The second day I had my hands full of bags and my toddler in tow. I could not get in bc my key stopped working! They told me I could come around to the front lobby. I told them i couldnt bc wlaking through the parking lot was not safe for my toddler. They did not come let me in. Luckily my husband was in the room so he came to let me in. He then informed me that all of our keys has to be redone bc none of them worked when we got back from our event. If you pay for two days, your keys should work for 2 days. Its honestly not worth what you pay at all.

Rooms could use updating, my room smelled musty. Bed was comfortable, we did not have the free breakfast but the area looked clean. Not sure if I will stay here again mainly due to condition of the bathroom(old, dingy, sink leaking) and musty smell. Otherwise was fine.

The front desk coverage really need some work The lady when I checked on was on the phone for a long time and she should have had some backup, then in the morning there was nobody at the desk for 20 min until we called and the phone ring several times and then the lady in the office who was in a personal call came out to help the three customers in line

The desk agent seemed to struggle with my reservation and finding me a room. The first room I was given wasn't clean. Second room was made. The one week elevator in the building sometimes closes the door, sometimes you need to wait. The seating area in the lobby was dirty, as well as floors of my room.
