The staff are very welcoming and the room is extremely clean. They still need to update their pool and exterior, but don’t let that stop you from staying there. They are a wonderful low cost option to walking to the university of Mississippi for any activity on campus. It’s also very convenient to be next-door to Starbucks.

Great stay. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures of the hotel so I was a little caught off guard with the looks from the outside, but the rooms were great and very clean! I already have this hotel booked in a few weeks. It is definitely worth the price and close to all the restaurants and shopping!

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are non smoking but they definitely had a smoke smell baked in the hot you in the face every time you walked through the door.

Overall stay was good. Stayed 1 night room was decent and cleaned. Even sofa bed had a new sealed mattress on it for my kid to sleep on. The people we talked to at the front desk where nice and friendly. The night girl was also helpful when we talked to her. As it's said on other reviews the breakfast is lacking much of anything so don't expect nothing there really. That's about the only complaint we had to be honest. Would stay there again if available.
