There was bed bugs in the room . Room was not clean properly.

Never again, this is the cheap place for Chinese short stay Not for family visit at all, very un-healthy Not worth a star. See attached photos of the place as I booked 2 suits rooms only got 1 and other they gave 2 standard room instead of a suite room. Ask for iron board and iron see attached the state of an iron board. Water supply terrible very un- healthy if I get any illness due to this use of dirty water I will certainly claim compensation through hotels.com. Look at the state of the bath tab!!!! Environment is very Polluted as work in progress everywhere, highly polluted and very noisy. Infact I think this place should be shut immediately by the environmental health. I do not understand how this hotel is popular to Chinese people this place is full of them. This place should be investigated by environmental health with supplying this type of water.

Front desk stuff was very rude and unprofessional, he didn’t even know what he was doing. Service is very underwhelming. It’s not worth it to stay on that hotel. Overpriced. And they gave me wrong room and they didn’t even fix that. I want my money back. Thank you

I stayed at White Palace Hotel during my layover since I arrived very late, and it’s ideal for a transit stay. It's incredibly convenient for the airport. The hotel is lovely, with very comfortable, quiet rooms, and the staff are friendly, food was delicoius & reasonable.

I have found nice room that was well taken care of with hard mattress, everything was clean. The staff, both in the room and the restaurant, were really friendly. I had some delicious meals on the ground floor. I'll definitely come back again.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The food options were really good, and I enjoyed my visit a lot. Even though there was loud road construction outside, which wasn't the hotel's fault, the inside of the hotel was amazing and really clean. The Front Office team provided excellent service.

The hotel was well-lit, and the walls were brightly colored. Unlike most of the other hotels I've stayed in in Bangladesh, which tend to have dark walls and dimly lit rooms, this one was a pleasant. One of the outstanding features was the hotel's restaurant, which offered 24-hour service and had an extensive menu to choose from. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here many times. And I will definitely return back when ever I come to dhaka
