This was an excellent hotel for the price. The pool area was a particular draw and did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The only downside was that the continental breakfast was a little lackluster. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would come again.

The check in was easy. The clerk was helpful. The rooms were very clean. Staff was polite. It was walking distance to MOA. Close to TGI Fridays. Definitely recommended to stay here. They are not pet friendly, but did accommodate me with my service dog. We had no problem at all. There was a $200 hold on card for incidental. Not a big deal. Just a heads up. But we definitely will revisit here. The pool was nice. Kids loved it. A little bleach, but what pool isn't.

the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was lacking and is only a "grab and go" breakfast consisting of bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. It included some milk and juice like you would get in a school cafeteria and also coffee. You pay for parking through a website. One night the pool was so packed because one of the rooms connected to the pool was having a HUGE party and all of the children were swimming and running around unsupervised. But other than that night we had a very peaceful stay and the hotel is in an easy walking distance to the mall of America
