The room was nice and clean. The coffee was way to strong. I was out of conditioner in the shower and the way its set up i couldn't even turn the bottle upside down to try get more out. And brushing my long hair was not fun. Please check your bittles in the shower so it won't run out on the guest

Recent stay

The staff at the front desk was very good but there were issues with the room. First the air conditioner had to be reset multiple times which was an inconvience. The bathroom was quite small - unable to have more than one in the bathroom at the time and had to move around to close door to use the facilities. Also, the loudness and uncontrollable behavior of other guests in the hallway caused a very long and uncomfortable night with little sleep.

Couldn't get water from faucet of bathtub for shower. Finally got enough for minimum flow shower. I stayed in room 107 very very noisy with elevator noise. One desk clerk told me no rooms I got on Expedia and they had rooms and I booked it and stayed one night. Not a good experience!

The bathroom smelled mildewy and dank In the morning after feeling congested found damp mold in and under the refrigerator The vynl covered head boards were shedding their surface and I awoke with flakes of vinyl sheeting on my pillows and bedding The power plugs and outlets at the desk area were damaged and not working/connected. Great customer service

Check In went quickly, asked for two keys and was provided with two, however one was not keyed to the room. The next morning, took a shower, turning the know to H for hot water. The water was cold. It started to warm up and when I had it go through the shower head, it became cold again. When I told the front desk upon check out, they were apologetic and offered compensation, however I declined. They did say they would look into the issue. Unsure if it was my user error or if something else was going on. The toom itself has some stains by the ac unit.

Walking into the hotel everything looks updated and the staff were very nice. Seems like the air conditioner wasn’t working in the hotel cause the hallway to the elevator and to the room was very hot. (It was 108° outside today). Got to the room and it always seems like my luck the door keys never work. The lady reprogrammed them at the desk and apologized A few times. Get back to the room and finally inside and the room is nice but needs updated very badly. Bathrooms are very tiny and the head boards the material is peeling off of them. Beds are ok nothing fancy and the pillows are flat and not much fluffiness to them. I doubt I would ever stay at a double tree again after this experience
