The door had a broken deadbolt and didn't kept out any noise - anything happening in the hallway sounded like it was happening in our room. At around 4:30 in the morning, there was a man screaming in the hallway and hitting things. Looked out the peephole to see someone standing motionless outside our door. Called the front desk, but no answer.
Eventually the guy went away and we packed up our things and checked out, informing them we would be cutting our visit short. Front desk clerk mostly wanted to know if we knew who caused the disturbance, which seems like it should have been his job, since he had access to the security camera and I don't. No refund offered, no apology. Awful experience.
