The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The only thing that was bad IMO was the carpets. In the hall there was a smell of maybe pets, I have no problem with pets being there but carpet should be cleaned more often. I also saw several pieces of broken plastic on hall floor. Could be hurtful!

Don’t do it. The staff was somewhat nice but the cleanliness was terrible. I was so tired I fell asleep when I came in. I hadn’t even been in the bathroom. I found a towel that was left under the vanity from another guest when I finally went in. I didn’t think I had to check the room before I laid down. I only hope they did change the sheets. Picture in comments of a towel that I did not use (if this gives the opportunity to upload). I am an animal lover, but the hallway smelled terrible like the carpet needed to be cleaned. I can only assume my hallway is where dogs were allowed. If there is any other room in Danville, don’t stay here!

Was staying in town for a basketball tournament. When arriving to the hotel the lobby and breakfast area was clean and smelled fresh. The front desk staff were very nice. We stayed in room 114 as soon as we got to the room and opened the door, the smell of mildew and fish blasted us in the face. It also looks like the room was not completely finished. One side of the bed was still untucked, there was toilet paper in the bathroom trashcan. There was also a room list with two keys left on the bathroom counter, by I’m presuming the housekeeper. The bathroom door the bottom part was also pulled from the hinges with exposed nails. Thank goodness, my youngest daughter is old enough to know not to go near it, but is definitely a danger hazard with them poking out. Another parent, I spoke to said her room smelled like smoke and there was no hot water. Luckily my oldest daughter had to room with a teammate and she said their room was fine, but it was also on the second floor as opposed to mine and the other parent was on the first floor.

This had to be the worst place I have ever booked at. We ended up not staying the night; we were very uncomfortable and overwhelmed by the smells and uncleanliness of the room. Walked in with a worker having her shoes off walking around and smelled like weed in the lobby. Walked in and walked out checked out and nobody cared to ask why??

The bed was great. That’s the only good thing to say. There was a large hole in the bathroom door, the phone didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, and there was very little hot water. I had to wait until 8 am to shower and even then it was barely warm. One person in our party had a mouse in her room. Staff were nice but unconcerned for the problems. It’s not their fault. It’s managements fault.
