The hotel overall was great. What was not so great is not having 3 channels on the television for 2 days. I have never had this problem before. I had called down to the front desk on our first evening. Someone came to the room, tried to fix it then said they'd be back. Never came back. Tried again at the front desk the next day at breakfast, no one came up. Tried again that night, someone came to check, said they'd call in 15 mins. One hour later a call came saying it may be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. I was checking out the next day. It may not seem like such a big deal, however traveling with a special needs child who watches certain shows, it is a really big deal. Unfortunately I felt I was not being heard and the situation was down played by the staff.
