It was a very nice stay. Location is perfect; at the hub of Interstate 35E, 35W and 35. Lots of eating and shopping. Nice room on the top floor. The "Continental Breakfast" was so-so. Coffee in the room was MUCH better! Using the bathroom at the pool requires your key to get back in. Had to go to the Main Desk to get back in! No rinse off shower at the pool. Not a big deal. The fresh, warm cookies one evening were a nice surprise! 10% off at Steak & Ale is a plus. Salad bar is terrific, but the filet mignon is questionable.

The staff and check in was good. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. The bathroom had issues with the shower not working well and the sink not draining. The bed was so uncomfortable. I was hopeful it was going to be a better experience. Would not probably stay here again.
