Ronnie the GM is out to make money. Stay away. I was given 2 rooms that were both dirty, not cleaned properly. Pillows on the couch with no pillow cases. Bed used. Crap on the floor. In the end the nice guy at the front desk went to look for a clean room himself. He check 8 more rooms that the system said was clean, none were. In the end I had to go elsewhere. Management, do better. Check when your cleaners say rooms are clean. Nobody is getting a bonus when you can’t get a clean room for your customers. Cleaners, stop lying about rooms being clean. Only saving grace was Nate at the front desk. Extended stay, you have a great employee there! Keep him, look at your GM and cleaners!
