Good Value - Clean and Comfortable

Front desk gentleman was outstanding - friendly, helpful, efficient. The hotel is very convenient - close to restaurants and the airport. The hotel is a little dated but cosmetically nice. My king room was very spacious and comfortable. The fridge didn't work and the microwave came on occasionally on its own, so I just unplugged it. It did not affect my stay and since I didn't need either and was in only for a quick night so didn't bother with it. I am sure it would have been taken care of immediately if I had requested.

Kansas Rodeo trip

So we arrived and check in was a breeze and the room was clean and the shower was the best ever!! The water was nice and hot and the velocity was perfect and you were able to change the flow and enjoy the experience. The breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold items but the only criticism that lowered the score was the unhelpful gentleman at the reception desk our first morning when the breakfast area had just closed and my friend went to get something to eat as we did not realize it closed at 09:30 ( which should really be 1oam in my opinion) She asked if she could at least have any kind of breakfast but was told it was closed. It was the way the person stated this and showed no willingness to help. The lovely lady who worked in the kitchen saved the day and gave my hungry friend something to eat and thus saved a bigger dip in the overall score. The pool was great and the only thing with the gym was that you had to prop the door open as to got too hot, especially when there were a few people in the room and a stationary bike would have been nice. The weight machine seat was way too low and could not be adjusted

The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were reasonably clean. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse but my child liked it. Condition of the hotel - not sure if it’s being renovated or what but it was not in great shape and smelled mildewy. The pool area was not very clean and smelled weird, although the pool itself was very clean and kids had a great time. Would probably stay again.

This looked like a 1970 Motel remolded. We wanted a room with double beds. They worded the room as a "double room king" Never seen that wording on a room. Im not sure what the double room was because this was the smallest room we have ever seen. I've said in old motels before but this was crazy small. The shower didn't want to work. When we got it to work it would go super hot to super cold out of nowhere. The sink was outside the bathroom where you sleep. The room door would smash into it. You could hear everyone in the hallway due to gaps in the door. There was water leaking in the hallway from the 2nd floor. The hallway smelled like BO. The front desk person was rude and smelled like BO also. The pictures of the pool were BS old picture's. It had mold on the windows on the hallway in to the pool. The pool looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and run down. We should have know it was a bad deal soon as we got there we waited about 15 minutes before someone showed up to help. We saw people barb-b-que in the parking lot. Lots of red flags. We are not people that complain easy at all. Never staying again at this placed. Way over priced. If it was a $80 room or less maybe but not $180
