The room appeared like it was clean, but I found things from previous guest. The tub had a big hairball as a stopper. I know I only paid $78, but seriously that should not matter when it comes to cleanliness and customer service.

After checking in and given wrong directions to our room, we finally found our room. We opened the door and the bed was completely unmade, tv on and trash on the floor. Immediately shut the door bc we thought someone was staying in there. After walking all the way back to the office, we told the front desk the room we had was occupied or never cleaned. She didn’t believe us at first & then finally gave us a key to another room. Once in that room, we noticed Stan’s on every single towel, on the floors and even the bed. The back of the toilet was broken, but it still flushed. The vent in the shower was on the ground and you could see the insulation in the hole from it. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone didn’t even work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And for it to cost $180 is outrageous!!

It was the nastiest room ever!! Carpet was nasty looking and a strong smell of dogs. Bedding did not smell like it had been washed. I didn't know there were such hotels like this in America. Aren't they supposed to be inspected? We left our key on the desk in the room and did not stay. Chalked it up to a bad experience!!! Do not stay here!!

Room had no hot water and when I checked in I was not informed this nor did they give me a discount or even I am sorry. Would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have the option to decide if I wanted to continue my stay there or go elsewhere I feel that they knew of the situation and they basically just took my money

When we arrived to our room the maintenance guy was in the room fixing the sink. Also they were just bringing towels to our room which is not a big deal to me, but when we were getting ready to use the towels some had stains. Also the hot water in the shower took a long time to get hot.

OMG !!! It was disappointing. It was very old furniture, carpet had stains and a particular smell, the restroom had an old yellow dingy shower curtain. Towels were yellow spotted, there was 3 small pillows for a king size bed. This place is in a very good spot,10 minutes away from Winstar casino it needs updating like NOW, like tomorrow like hurry up. I’m not even going to mention other stuff we saw or experienced in that place just know I won’t go back.

Was very disappointed with the room. First, the door would not close all the way tight, second, toliet paper roll had no toliet paper on it, i had to open a new one to put on. 3rd, a towel was hanging on the shower curtain. 4th, 2 wash cloths was nasty, one had mascara on it, the other was yellowed. The sheets had spots on them. Carpet was chewed all up at the door. This room should of never been occupied it was that bad.

My stay was very sub par. The toom smelled of cigarette smoke even though it stated non-smoking. The fridge did not get cokd, the microwave did not work at all, and the water only got luke warm.
