It was a very nice stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. We were able to get towels or sheets when needed. We stayed for 4 nights and was very comfortable.

Not pleasant at all

I would never stay here again. The pictures showed when booking are not the same as the actual place. We were put in an old room where the air conditioner did not work. I informed the front desk and she said she would get it taken care of and that didn't happen. Those rooms were so old and non of the pictures matched when booking. VERY DISSAPPOINTNG

The first room i was given was cold. The thermostat didn't work and the room was big and empty. They moved me the next day to a room that was acceptable, but still just ok. Not what you would expect from a Radisson Hotel

You get what you pay for

Scary looking exterior and poor interior maintenance. Should be clear in the listing that the room price is because the entire hotel is being remodeled. Waked into the room: one chair. Definitely not a true Radisson experience.

The pool was freezing. We could hear everything from inside our room. The noise from the lobby and pool area was very loud, and happened until well after midnight. The breakfast was subpar. To charge for a breakfast that wasn’t very good is ridiculous.

Comfortable overnight stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Though it was only an overnight stay, it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was excellent. Our only issue was with the front desk help. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and doing their best, but they forgot to return my ID to me. I had to call them to get it mailed back to me. I must take some of the blame for not making sure they returned it. But this should not be the case at a well run, first class hotel. Their service and care for the customer's well being should be their top priority.

Well firsf my room card did not work waited 25 minutes for new cards next The restaurant and bar was not open don't know why but was told been closed for a while then I went to the pool the pool was so to be heated it' wasn't the hot tub was nice except for the timer Was broken I went to tell The lady about the pool and hot tub she' was rude and condescending towards me I went to My room then got ready undid The sheet's there was bugs in the bed next in the morning couldn't sleep because of the bugs took a shower with 3 inches of water that was it' I checked out I will never say at that hotel ever again

Went to have my granddaughter take a bath and the knob fell off when I went to turn water on. Went to get her a washcloth and towel and they were dirty and had something on them. When we woke up in the morning and went through the lobby to go out there was a man sleeping on a couch with his suitcase next to him.

Disappointing

Hotel needs updating. We were on 4th floor. Doors and walls need to be repainted. Noticeable damage on walls and doors. The AC did not work in room 431. Could be a nice hotel if updated and maintained properly.

Decided to stay here for the pool got to our room tv didn’t work notified front desk and the ladies got very rude and disrespectful and said there wasn’t anything that could be done got some food to microwave for a quick bite to eat and found the microwave inoperable and the room was absolutely filthy.

Breakfast

The breakfast was not good. They ran out of alot and didn't refill. The milk was out so I asked for some and she brought 1 16 oz bottle out whi h got snatched right away. Ice water jugs were empty and not refilled. Potatoes were cold and hard and eggs were cold and dried up
