Ok, but not the best

Check in was ok. When we got to our room, the bathroom was still dirty and had not been cleaned. Rest of the room was ok. Hallways by the elevators were constantly wet from people going to and from the pool, saw a staff member “mopping” the floor, but it just looked like he was pushing water around and not actually doing anything. All in all, not terrible. Next time I’ll just spend a little more and stay somewhere better.

Wynham? It's a no-tell motel at best.

THIS PROPERTY IS AN EMBARASSMENT TO THE WYNDHAM BRAND OF HOTELS Poor service. Rude staff Slow check in. Old, dirty, smelly property that has not been maintained. Room was dirty. Breakfast is a joke. Staff rudely turns down the lights at 9am sharp. It doesn't matter if you are in line, they take everything away. Cereal and gas station pastries are not that expensive folks! Clientele was horrible. This place was trashy. They had people loitering in the lobby and parking lot who were kicked out of their rooms. Numerous occasions over multiple days. Now I know why the room was cheap. The hotel is a dump. Room was becoming run down, dirty. Very little hot water. I would say this is a lovely place if you want to do drugs or engage in lewd acts of prostitution.

Donwhill! Not what you're expecting for a Wyndham!

I have stayed here a few times in last 2 years, recommending it to friends, and was embarrased when one of them came to me in the lobby asking if I knew what had happened since my last visit? This hotel really has gone downhill. "Breakfast" is now a joke evidencing owners backing into cutting every corner possible. No protein, only cold muffins/pastry out of a box that literally are less than what you'd expect from a vending machine. Only hot items are toast you make or a waffle from a griddle that was broken 3 of 4 days. Elevators flooring ripped up, standing on plywood. Clientelle had 9 State Police cruisers (no exaggeration) required screaming into the lobby. One employee explained that owners use a mgmt. service company to make the decisions of what can be done/spent/ or provided to guests which is why items are not getting updated and things like breakfast actually being what they claim is included or having drinking water filled. One lady trying after breastfeeding her child asked an employee at the desk, the water pitcher to refilled and was told, that once it was empty, she would have to buy a bottle from their little store. Their rates are some of the lowest in the area which is why they have some of the issues, best to keep in mind that they are definitely NOT UNDERCHARGING. Kind of like an upscale Motel 6 is what you can currently expect.

Bad experience

I stayed there for one night and glad it was only for one night..our room lock keys didnt work and the receptionist gave me another room, this room was stinking so bad and on top of that the bathroom sink had a block. Breakfast options were only for namesake no options left even at 8 am, i have been travelling alot all over US but this was the worst maintained property

Don’t waste your money!

Our stay was not satisfactory. We booked this place for the pool, and they closed the pool early before we could use it. There was no extra toilet paper left over cookies in a random bag and water from the last guest, the room overall had a weird smell, and the beds were sunken in. In the morning, we found 2 ants in our bed. (NOT bed bugs, we checked). We could hear our neighbors clearly, even when they were talking at a normal level. Also, after reading all of the other reviews, it made us even more unhappy.
