Good communication with the host. The accommodation was as represented on Hotels.com. The location is good, about 10 minutes walk into the main shopping area. The area around it does not look nice but it is safe. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were lovely and helpful. We liked having the apartment as it gave us choices for eating.

The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel also offers a nice hot breakfast, which was a great bonus. The apartment itself was cute and cozy, with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I only wish I had known earlier that they offer laundry service at a very reasonable price! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

We loved this place. Convenient to the bus terminal and to town; they let us store our suitcase there for a week before we checked in (while we were in TDP Park.) Separate bedrooms, full kitchen. Breakfast is included. Easy access to unit. Recommend this place.

Rooms were a little stuffy as the weather in Calafate was much warmer than unusual but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, served in a nice dining room Augustin on the front desk was fantastic. Great place. Clean and comfortable apartment with a fantastic breakfast each morning. 10 minutes walk to the bus station and similar into the town centre. We were there for 1 night before returning after a couple of days in Torres del Paine national park and they moved our bags from one apartment to the next for when we returned. Great!

This neat and tidy apartment is perfect for a stop on the way to or from Torres del Paine. Incredible breakfast included, very attentive and responsive host, super hot shower, comfortable beds, modern fittings. Heater was not working for two days - see photo - and although we told them about it in the morning, they didn’t fix it until we reminded them again. Otherwise the property is quite clean. Laundry is expensive, 5000 pesos per kilogram, but at least the laundry is done quite well. Breakfast is very simple but does the job.

Price and Quality Cannot Be Beat

This is the perfect place to stay before and after your hike! The rooms were very clean. The location is walking distance to the bus stop and town. Breakfast was great, and started at 6am which allowed us to eat before catching our bus to Torres Del Paine. They stored our bags during our trek, let us check in early, and did our laundry (for a small fee). I would absolutely recommend staying here! The price and quality cannot be beat.

Allowed us to check in early and drop bags. Allowed us to store while we venture off. Well stocked kitchenette. Comfortable bedrooms clean bathroom. Dogs barking in the night but we were so tired we didn’t loose any sleep. 10 min walk to the bus station 1 mile walk to the area of town where shopping/food located but it’s an easy walk and we favored the location for the bus stop. Many neighborhood bars and restaurant at a short walk away. Fabulous breakfast included. Nepresso in the room.
