We stayed here 2 nights and cannot complain! Great breakfast, clean room, quiet night. I do recommend!

6/10 Good

Staff is very kind and helpful, and welcoming. My room was a little musty and there was hair in the tub when I checked in. Other than that it was quiet and I had no issues.

2/10 Poor

Our door was broken so we didn’t have a key card to start and also we were given a free dinner and free breakfast comp. Bye the front desk but unfortunately the kitchen was closed at 9:01 and the breakfast opens at seven, which is in my opinion kind of late for Americans. In the pool closing at 9 o’clock is ridiculous.

6/10 Good

Liked: hot, shower. Well let and clean bathroom sufficient space and storage, quiet, and pool looked great. Could be better: Beds and pillows not like home. Need more blankets and heat very noisy at times. Fast food odor in room.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The room had a musty smell. The microwave in our room did not work, but they were kind of enough to let us use the microwave in the breakfast area. We would have preferred if breakfast was included because the area did not have many dining options. The beds dip quite a bit in the middle. The pool was large and deep. It was good.

Just Great!

Our stay here was perfect. Very clean and affordable hotel, very nice staff and location.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Good parking, attentive staff, comfy bed, clean well sized room, good price, quiet and smoke (tobacco and other) free, so convenient to highway and downtown. Cons: peeling wall paper, wonky (but clean) toilet, stained tub. I think that a bunch of updates are happening as the 1st floor had a lot going on - did not affect our stay on the 2nd floor. Does have a gym and good sized indoor pool - but didn't use either. Has a hefty check in deposit, for somewhere outside of Miami or any other large city.
Verified review

4/10 Fair

Checking in was a bit unprofessional. the young girl didn't even explain where to go to get breakfast, or where the pool was, etc. WIFI. Parking was fine. Getting to our restaurant was easy. The long mirror in the bedroom was smeared. The bathroom counter was very small, so I had to put my toiletry bag on top of the toiler. The bathroom floor was sticky. The next morning, we had to ask where to get breakfast and were told we had to pay an additional $14 pp plus tax to get breakfast. I asked if they used real eggs and was told that used "powdered eggs!!!!". We will not go back. At $150 plus tax a night with no breakfast considering the location and amenities it wasn't worth the $$$ And, of course, the ice machine was broken.

Conveniently situated with easy access. Rooms clean and in good condition. Staff friendly but all beverage machines were empty for the 4 days if our stay and their attitude was "nothing to do with us, they are maintained by another company".
