Great location and lots of space. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen was a great place for our group to stay together.
Unfortunately, we were given the incorrect code to get in the front door, and had to wait ten minutes in the cold for a new one to be texted to us, then, when we got inside, we discovered the codes for all the rooms had also been changed. All in all, we didn't get access to our rooms for over 40 from our arrival.
Next, one of the beds was broken and two adults in our group had to sleep on the rather small and hard living room couches.
The upstairs bathroom was home to small flying insects, and the shower leaked downstairs into the kitchen, creating a puddle on the floor whenever someone showered.
The house definitely needs some upgrades and management needs to respond to messages more quickly.
